Regulations of the newsletter service

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for providing the recurring digital content service (newsletter) via email (hereinafter: the “Newsletter Service”) by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider and the personal data administrator responsible for managing the newsletter is the Academy of Language Ciaran Murphy, with its registered office at Rydygiera 11/U7, Warsaw, Poland, and tax identification number: 1182092266 (hereinafter: “Service Provider”).You can contact the Service Provider via email: englishexamsclub@gmail.com

§1 . General Provisions

The email message delivered as part of the Newsletter Service is considered digital content under the Consumer Rights Act, including marketing and commercial information about the Service Provider’s current activities (such as products, news, and promotions available at www.englishexamsclub.com (hereinafter: the “Service”) and educational/informative materials related to the Service Provider’s scope of activity (hereinafter: “Newsletter”). 

The recipient (hereinafter: “Recipient”) of the service is a user of the Service who has concluded an agreement for the Newsletter Service as described in paragraph 3 below.

To subscribe and establish a contract for the Newsletter Service, the user must:
a) Visit the Service website;
b) Have an active email address and enter it into the dedicated form;
c) Read and accept the “Newsletter Terms and Conditions” available when providing data, and give consent by ticking the appropriate checkbox;
d) Confirmation of consent constitutes the formation of an agreement to the Newsletter Service. 

No special technical requirements are needed beyond a device such as a computer, smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a standard operating system and common web browser.

§2 . Object of the Service

The service involves periodic sending of email messages (the Newsletter) to the email address provided by the Recipient. These messages contain updates about new courses and products, discounts, promotional offers, services and products offered on the website, and other relevant information about the Service Provider or collaborating entities. This includes opinions, contests, events, or news.

The start of the Newsletter Service occurs once the User and the Service Provider have entered into this agreement, as described in §1 above.

§3. Conditions of the Newsletter Service

The Newsletter is provided free of charge.
It is not subject to updates.
Emails are sent irregularly and at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, depending on whether new services, products, or information becomes available. The delivery schedule is not fixed and depends on the current operational situation and development of the Service Provider. 

The Newsletter is delivered via email to the address provided by the Recipient. 

By using the service, the Recipient agrees not to send unlawful content, including the unauthorized sharing of third-party data. 

Emails sent as part of the Newsletter are protected works under copyright law. Any copying, modification, or misuse without the Service Provider’s consent is a legal violation.

§4. Duration of the Agreement

The agreement to receive the Newsletter is indefinite. 

The Recipient can terminate the subscription at any time without giving a reason, by:
a) Using the unsubscribe link available in each email;
b) Sending an email to englishexamsclub@gmail.com

Termination takes effect immediately. 

According to Article 27 and subsequent of the Consumer Rights Act, consumers and consumer-entrepreneurs have the right to withdraw from the newsletter agreement within 14 days of signing up, using the same contact methods described above. 

The Service Provider may suspend or end the service at any time after notifying recipients via email. 

The Service Provider also reserves the right to remove invalid or non-existent email addresses from its database.

§5. Personal Data

The Service Provider acts as the administrator of personal data processed for the purpose of providing the Newsletter. Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
